1. Information only — not an offer
The content on this Site is for general information about Metric Homes and its projects. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a solicitation, and it does not form part of any contract. Any purchase of a home is governed solely by the registered Agreement for Sale and the project's MahaRERA registration, which prevail over any information on the Site.

Project specifications, plans, amenities, dimensions, timelines and prices shown or described are indicative and may change without notice in line with design, regulatory or market requirements. Pricing is shared on request and confirmed only in the Agreement for Sale.

All content on the Site — including the Metric Homes name, logo, text, images, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to Metric Homes and is protected under applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, and not to interfere with its operation or security.

You are advised to independently verify all information, including MahaRERA registration, before making any decision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms.
